Since January 2022, she has worked as a travel nurse, supporting healthcare facilities with professionalism, adaptability, and strong clinical expertise.
With firsthand experience in frontline nursing and staffing challenges, Nancy co-founded her agency to provide reliable healthcare staffing solutions while fostering a supportive and respectful environment for the nurses she hires. She is committed to excellence in patient care and to empowering healthcare professionals to succeed.
Janeque Elwood
As a Registered Practical Nurse since 2016, I have dedicated my career to providing exceptional care in hospitals, nursing homes, retirement facilities, and community settings. My diverse roles have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare landscape and the unique needs of various populations.
In my position as a director, I am passionate about fostering a culture of excellence and supporting our nursing staff through mentorship and training. My experience in multiple healthcare environments has enhanced my ability to bridge clinical practice with organizational goals.
